Powerlifting

Our raw powerlifting program offers a sound emphasis of the fundamentals of powerlifting for the novice and intermediate lifter and a uniquely versitile program for the more advanced lifter.

 

We offer this program at all of our different workout times for lifters who are specifically interested in getting stronger in the Big 3 Powerlifting movements: Back Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts.  

We focus special attention on recovery and mobility to ensure a long and effective experience for all of our members.

We adhere to a raw powerlifting method, meaing we will be training without the aid of lifting suits and will be performing specific lifts accordingly.
